MANAGED CARE

Our Managed Care services deliver proactive IT management, through a combination of a 24x7 help desk, pre-scheduled on-site support, regular system maintenance and ongoing IT strategy review and development.  The costs associated with system failures from all equipment under warranty are borne by us, which means our customers bear a lower level of risk.  Customers choose this option if they want a set and forget budget, high levels of proactive maintenance and strong SLA backed service.

PRE-PAID SUPPORT

Under Pre-paid Support customers buy an agreed number of hours in advance each month which are then used to provide day-to-day IT support. Hours are available in 10 hour blocks and each additional block attracts an increased level of discount. At the end of each month, any unused Prepaid Support hours are rolled into an hours bank. Banked hours can be used at any time to complete additional project work, or to deliver key elements of the IT vision. Pre-Paid Support is a great option for clients that like the idea of having a set, monthly IT budget designed to cover their minimum Support requirements with any unused hours tracked and available for use in the future.

FLEXIBLE CARE

Flexible Care is a pay-as-you-go IT service that helps you maintain business advantage in the midst of changing conditions. The service is ideal for smaller organisations looking for minimal IT Support or for larger organisations looking for a partner to help deliver IT Projects, or cover for staffing and skill-set gaps.
