Interaction Disability Services is a prominent Not-For-Profit, Disability Service Provider based in NSW. IDS have over 200 staff and has a rapid growth plan for their IT and business alike. A change in leadership saw a keen focus brought to the strategic implementation of their IT road map. After an audit with us, it became clear that with their previous technology partner they were spending more and getting less. Their on-premises equipment had them bound to an in efficient solution that was hurting their organisation and failing to mitigate growing risks. At the same time, the board was asking for more information on their IT environment that was unable to be produced.

Challenges

Previous IT reporting from the provider was sporadic, inaccurate and lacked meaningful detail. PC health was not visible and ongoing issues were left unresolved leading to uncertainty and missed expectations. On top of this, risks were neither identified nor managed.
